Ben Sholdice
President
Ben is a award winning, red seal certified, journeyman bricklayer bringing 16 years of experience to our company. While Ben has been crew foreman on many projects over the years, these days he is usually found reading blueprints, bidding jobs or meeting with architects and developers.

Dick Sholdice
Quality control supervisor
As well as being an award winning, red seal certified journeyman bricklayer, Dick has taught the bricklaying course to students at NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) in the past. He has brought his 30 years of experience with him to our company and we continue to benefit from his vast knowledge of the construction trade.

Glenn Dawick
Site supervisor/Foreman
Glenn brought his 22 years of experience with him from the United Kingdom in October of 2007. Glenn received his training from City & Guilds of London Institute and he has successfully ran jobs exceeding £1, 000, 000. His skill-set is known internationally and we are well aware that we are quite fortunate to have him in our employ.

Mark Smith
Site supervisor/Foreman
Mark is our bricklayer prodigy. At 27 this award winning, red seal journeyman has already shown us he is a leader among bricklayers in Canada. Mark has ran multi-phase residential projects exceeding $500, 000 and he continues to impress us with his skill as well as his diplomatic abilities.

Sarah Sholdice
Office Manager
While Sarah doesn’t have a bricklayer certificate she keeps our company of up to 16 employees running like a well-oiled machine. Managing payroll as well as accounts payable and receivable, Sarah ensures we can keep doing what we love best, creating masonry masterpieces that stand the test of time.
